Fall 2022 reality TV schedule and guide – reality blurred

Even if fall leaves and cool air aren’t quite here yet, pumpkin spice and Halloween decorations are—and so is fall reality TV: Survivor, The Amazing Race, and Shark Tank, and the return of shows including Ink Master, Floor is Lava, and The Kardashians.

There are also big changes coming, including Dancing with the Stars moving to a new home, the Teen Mom shows merging into one, and four hours a week of Bachelor in Paradise.

This guide includes premiere dates for all reality show and documentary series premieres on broadcast, streaming, and cable TV in the United States this spring and beyond. Times listed are in ET/PT.

For any reality shows that premiered before Sept. 1, 2022, such as Selling The OC, House of Ho, or Making the Cut, refer to the summer 2022 schedule.

I frequently update this list throughout the quarter, so while dates and times are accurate at the time of publication, please check your TV listings first. I work hard to ensure this a comprehensive list of reality TV and documentary series premieres, although that’s increasingly challenging now as schedules change frequently and some networks don’t even publicly announce returning seasons.
